Locals Loyalty Card T&Cs

Eligibility: Membership is open strictly to local residents aged 18 years or over. Proof of local residence (such as a valid photo ID, utility bill, or council tax statement displaying a local postcode) may be requested upon enrollment or card collection.
Account Limit: Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one (1) account per individual.
Card Ownership: The physical or digital loyalty card remains the property of the issuer.

Local Discount: Cardholders are entitled to [10%] off eligible full-priced purchases upon presenting a valid physical or digital card prior to transaction completion.
Exclusions: Discounts cannot be applied to:
- Already discounted items or special promotional offers.
- Gift card purchases or event bookings (unless explicitly stated).
- Delivery or third-party service fees.
Non-Retroactive: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to transactions already completed without the card being presented.
No Cash Value: Discounts and loyalty benefits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.

Personal Use Only: The discount is for the sole use of the named cardholder and cannot be shared with non-members, friends, or extended family members.
Loss or Damage: The business is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Replacement cards may be subject to a nominal administrative fee of [£2.00].

Program Changes: The business reserves the right to modify discount percentages, eligible items, or program terms at any time without prior written notice.
Cancellation by Business: The business reserves the right to cancel or revoke any individual membership immediately if misuse, fraud, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other customers is suspected.
Cancellation by Member: Members may opt out of the loyalty program at any time by returning their card.

Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations (e.g., UK GDPR / Data Protection Laws).
Data will be used solely for managing your membership account and sending program-related updates or promotions (if opted in). Data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
